Part of their Paranoia trilogy, every verse of “피해망상 Pt. 3 (Paranoia Pt.3)” details a different situation of death with an element of delusion and guilt, leading to paranoia.

In Mithra Jin’s verse, a man cheats on his girlfriend, who makes breakfast for him every morning. The distraught girlfriend jumps off a bridge, and despite her death, the man hallucinates that breakfast is made every morning.

A couple has an unwanted child in Yankie’s verse. The man leaves the mother to fend for the child alone, who kills the child and then herself.

In Tablo’s verse, a drunk driver runs over a person and buries their body by the riverside. He shrugs it off as a nightmare the following day, though he feels the dead body’s weight in his trunk while driving.

In TopBob’s verse, a man kills his mother and eats her corpse to hide her. He then has recurring delusions of his mother’s ghost staring at him through the window and trying to grab him from under the bed.
