“Children Of The Internet” is about how social media and the internet is disconnecting people from reality, especially the younger generation – the ‘Children of the Internet’.
The song features popular UK rapper Dave and artist Es Devlin, who provides her spoken thoughts on technology as the outro to the song. It was also accompanied by “Why Are We So Divided, When We’re So Connected? ”, a spoken-word track with Es Devlin speaking on similar topics – social interaction in an online world.
