This song leaked on August 21, 2020 alongside Lonesome, both of which were recorded sometime in 2018 and produced by Pharrell. The duo had previous collaborated on Luv Is Rage 2’s “Neon Guts” as well as “Electricity” for the Detective Pikachu soundtrack, both of which were also produced by Pharrell. These leaks have led to speculation that they may have had a collaboration tape in the works entitled No LUV Lost that was ultimately scrapped.

Shoulda Never leaked a week later and is also another Pharrell x Uzi song recorded in 2018.
