“feel.” is James' first single released since changing his stage name from MAJ to majinmaj. On the Z3N-produced track, majinmaj sings about his significant other and how he wishes he had never met her as she only causes him pain and misfortune.

Originally previewed on September 20, 2020 in an Instagram live, “feel.” quickly became one of James' most anticipated songs to date. It was later previewed again in it’s entirety on April 6, 2021 in a now-deleted YouTube livestream.

The release of this song marks the beginning of a new era, as with the name change. It marks the end of James' industry connected career and the beginning of a new independent era.
