According to Member Soobin, the lyrics represent a relationship’s state of limbo, paralleled with references to the blue hour, a state between night and day, or as the song says, “between two worlds.”

The blue hour also acts as a symbol of their magical, though short-lived relationship, where every dream seems possible, and where imagination is limitless.
