“All The Time” is an alternative track, about being “spacey” and talking with a friend while both being intoxicated. The track describes how these two people slowly get progressively less aware of where they are and admit that they get spaced out all the time, which can link to addiction, or even a coping mechanism for the pair.

BENEE enlists Olive Records label-mate Muroki for the song, which was debuted live during her 2020 New Zealand tour. Throughout the tour, Muroki opened for her as a support act, allowing the pair to perform the unreleased track lat later on in the show during her own set.
