In “Czar”, the 4th track from Busta Rhymes' 10th album, “ELE 2”, Busta spits over a fast-paced, haunting beat, produced by one of Busta’s long-time collaborators, Rockwilder. Although M.O.P. are credited as featured artists, they do little on the song except some adlibbing throughout.
A music video was also produced for this song, like many songs on this album.
