glaive

On “bastard,” glaive criticizes his success and its curse that isolates him from the jovial bliss he had once enjoyed.

Released July 29, “bastard” was an incredibly anticipated song long before its appearance on glaive’s sophomore EP all dogs go to heaven. Through a year of snippets, teasers, and online leaks, the entirety of it and many other songs’ contents were unraveled and pieced together. Despite this, hype for the project had only grew tenfold, rising to at an unseen all-time high as glaive’s influence spread further and further.

Production this time around was beautifully lead by Delto and Lunamatic. The former of the two having produced the hit “pissed” the previous year.
