“BADASS” is the second single to be released from ZillaKami’s forthcoming debut solo album.

The song was first previewed on December 10, 2020, and initially only featured vocals from Zilla. However, during a January 2021 Instagram live stream with Lil Uzi Vert, the two made plans to record music together, resulting in a guest appearance from Uzi on “BADASS.”

The full song surfaced online four days prior to the official release and was thus believed to have been canceled—this idea was reinforced by sarcastic comments made by producer Yung Germ. However, a day later, it turned out the song would in fact still be releasing.
