On January 2, 2021, BROCKHAMPTON released a snippet of a new song and with an animated video on their Instagram, with video animation from Drew Thomsen. On March 23, 2021, the cover art and release date were tweeted. Two other leaked snippets of the track spoiled the surprise Danny Brown feature.
