BeastMode is Pxycho’s second official single which was released August 13, 2020, in which he discusses his struggles, come up and life at the top. The song was made not long after he was hosted on SlikourOnLife for a program known as The Hot Seat, where he was given constructive criticism based on his debut single titled Smoke. This criticism was used to improve the quality of his music which is apparent in BeastMode.

According to Pxycho, “BeastMode” is a state of mind which he taps into when he undergoes the creative process. It embodies many characteristics which were implemented in this song. After listening to some of the greatest rappers, he decided to utilize his versatile sounding vocal to express different elements in the song.

He announced the existence of the song on June 20, 2020 on his Instagram post which captioned “BeastMode”. Its official release date and arrival were not announced prior to the release date hence, it caught fans by surprise. Without a doubt, the song became successful and received love from the people.
