The second track on the album, ‘Aloo Gobi’, was written in 2017 and describes a typical date for Cuomo and his wife Kyoko, which would always involve ordering the titular cauliflower dish and checking out whatever movie was showing at their local Aero Theatre. The track was included in the album as an ironic take on what Cuomo at the time saw as a boring, dull routine, but now misses and learned to appreciate what he had with the new normal of the Covid-19 pandemic.
