“Ayo” is a bouncy, fun track about Chris and Tyga’s lavish lifestyles. The track was released as the lead single from their collaborative album Fan of a Fan: The Album, the follow up to their May 2010 mixtape, Fan of a Fan. It’s produced by West Coast producer Nic Nac, who also worked with the duo on December 2013’s “Loyal.”
“Ayo” was first teased by Chris in a December 2014 tweet, along with a SoundCloud snippet. The single charted well, peaking at #2 on the Rhythmic chart, and #7 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
