This track was first teased by Rich The Kid in an Instagram live in April 2020, teasing his verse and the chorus. A portion of the already filmed and edited music video was later leaked online and contained Pop Smoke’s verse and chorus. Rich the Kid is not featured on the official version so it is unknown if the original music video with Rich the Kid will ever release.

It was later announced on February 24, 2021 that the track would be releasing as the lead single to the Boogie Movie soundtrack on February 26, 2021 and Rich the Kid would not be featured on the official version of the track. The original version of the track with Rich the Kid leaked online on August 4, 2021, along with the song’s completed music video that was originally scrapped.
