“Adrenalina” by Senhit will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The song will compete in the second semi-final on Thursday 20 May 2021.

Senhit was due to represent San Marino in the 2020 Contest with her song “FREAKY!”. On 16 May 2020, two months after the 2020 Contest was cancelled, Sammarinese broadcaster SMRTV confirmed Senhit as their 2021 participant.

“Adrenalina” was officially released on 7 March 2021. The song features an uncredited verse by US rapper Flo Rida. An official version with Flo Rida was released on 12 March 2021. Whether he will accompany Senhit on stage during the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest is yet to be decided, according to the Sammarinese Eurovision team.
