Frontman Jack Underkofler said about the song on an interview with Esoterica the Podcast:

That song you know there’s a lot of internal struggle that goes on I think amongst most of the band members and especially being in a career path that is so uncertain brings a lot of self-doubt and it doesn’t help that internal struggle that you know that is expressed though anxiety and whatnot, constant uncertainty, so that song is kind of about giving yourself a pep talk, keep yourself going, keep your head up, just keep punching away and hope for the best.
