In a reaction video with ZIAS! on April 15, 2021, Polo suggested the track would be the final single before his upcoming third studio album, Hall of Fame. However, it was seemingly replaced by his Lil Wayne collaboration, “GANG GANG.”
Just a day after Polo confirmed its placement on Hall of Fame with the tracklist announcement, the track leaked in its entirety.
