“A6” is a demo from the Meteora recording sessions that was officially released from the 20th Anniversary Edition of Meteora. The demo had a premiere debut on the SiriusXM limited Linkin Park Radio on the 4th of April, 2023.

Brad Delson mentioned and confirmed during a Linkin Park Underground chat in 2003 (after Meteora had been released) that the clip of the lyrics “just drag it out, remember” that Chester sang in The Making Of Meteora documentary was a part of a demo “from a song called "A6” which will be on the LPU 2.0 CD.“

“A.06” appeared in a short version on the LP Underground 2.0 CD and the original long instrumental demo appeared on the LP Underground 9.0: Demos CD, but no version with vocals had ever been released until April 2023.

In April 2023, Linkin Park released “A6”, the third version of the song, on Meteora 20. This version features rapping by Mike, a faster chorus, and a bell-like synth on the chorus of the track. It seems more raw in nature and could have been the original rough demo of the song, before “A-Six.”
