Leon Bridges

“Motorbike,” is the second single off of Gold-Digger’s Sound and finds Leon Bridges taking his musical style into a different direction, combining the retro sound of his previous two albums with a smooth-electronic feel more akin to twenty-first century productions techniques. On the song’s inspiration, Bridges shared with Rolling Stone:

‘Motorbike’ is about living in the moment and escaping with someone.

The music video was directed by soul hip-hop singer, Anderson .Paak, who drew from the real life story of Bonnie and Clyde as well as 1994 action film Pulp Fiction for the storyline.

“Motorbike” was teased as early as November 29, 2020 when Bridges posted a video of him playing the song on his social media.
