On “So Real,” Chicago rapper Polo G taps into his soft side and raps about love over a slow-moving, SephGotTheWaves-produced beat.

This is the third collaboration between Polo and Seph with the first two being “Pricetag” and “While I’m Here,” both songs that Polo featured.

The song is referring to Polo’s relationship with his girlfriend, Crystal Blease, who is also the mother of his son Tremani. He previously dedicated two tracks from his sophomore album, THE GOAT, to her, including the smash-hit “Martin & Gina,” as well as detailing their breakup on “Beautiful Pain (Losin My Mind).”
