“Barbie Boy (ElyOtto Remix)” is the seventeenth track from Dorian Electra’s My Agenda (Deluxe).

On October 7, 2021, it became the third single to be released from the project. A visualizer was uploaded to YouTube, featuring 3D models of Dorian and ElyOtto from Nelson Brito, the artist of the deluxe album’s cover, and had set design from Chester Lockhart.

The remix is created by ElyOtto, a Canadian hyperpop artist most known for his smash hit “SugarCrash!”. He sings the intro and the pre-chorus in this version. With his production, the song is transformed into an upbeat drum-n-bass track with tingly synthesizer melodies.
