“Beast Mode” is the fifth single from Ludaversal, released only a week after “Call Ya Bluff.” The track is very reminiscent of Ludacris' older style as he flips many metaphors and similes over a hard instrumental.

Ludacris spoke on how this track was inspired by Marshawn Lynch:

The same way he’s plowing down people in the field, I’m plowing down people in the music industry and all these rappers… It’s a song that has no hook. It’s just like, three minutes of just metaphors and just going in.
