“Alien Sex” is a standalone single from Florida rapper Ski Mask the Slump God. It was released on December 24, 2021, alongside a Lyrical Lemonade music video directed and shot by Cole Bennett on an iPhone.

Ski first previewed the song on his Instagram story on September 22, 2021. DJ Scheme later previewed a portion of the track on September 30. Ski previewed it again on November 14, 2021, stating:

The first half of the song initially served as an early demo of “Catch Me Outside, Part 2,” the sequel to his 2017 breakout hit. It was later repurposed for “Alien Sex.”
