Blood Moon was the first single released featuring the officially expanded Converge lineup featuring Chelsea Wolfe, Ben Chisholm, and Stephen Brodsky as additional members.

The band has stated that they plan to release records both from the original lineup, as well as the expanded branch, in the future. Converge records featuring the expanded lineup will have the word “Bloodmoon” in the title, with the first record being Bloodmoon: I.
