In a Jan. 6, 2022 interview, Marshall said that on the Wanderer tour, when doing her song In Your Face (“basically a ballad to the white 1% male”), that one night it made her so angry to sing the lyrics that she switched them to Frank Ocean’s Bad Religion, and instantly felt better. It was further worked out with the band and became one of the first additions to Covers.
