“Jail (Demo)” serves as the original version of the song “Jail”, which is a collaboration between Kanye West and JAY-Z for the album Donda, released on August 29, 2021.

This version was played during the first Donda listening party, that happened on July 22, 2021, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The difference between both versions is that, in the demo, there are ad-libs recorded by JAY-Z before going on to his verse, as well as slight instrumental changes.
