“After The Last Midtown Show” is the ninth track off The Academy Is… third album Fast Times at Barrington High. The title references the band Midtown, the band that Gabe Saporta once fronted before disbanding them in 2005 and starting up Cobra Starship in 2006. Cobra was once signed to the Decaydance label alongside The Academy Is… Saporta also appeared as a guest vocalist on the album.
