Pointing Fingers

Pointing Fingers

Sebutones

After their popular releases Psoriasis (1996) and 50/50 Where It Counts (1998), the two members of the Sebutones began working largely on their own individual projects. Buck 65 would have great success with Man Overboard leading to a record deal with Warner Music, while Sixtoo worked on several successful projects that eventually led to him being signed by Vertical Form and later Ninja Tune.

“Pointing Fingers” playfully alludes to the dissolution of the Sebutones by mythologizing a car crash that divided the two rappers due to resentment and guilt.
