A love letter to his first girlfriend, Katye Sanchez, “three wheels and it still drives!” is glaive’s first two-part song. The track sees him look back on how the relationship came to an end and his own emotions, followed by its toxic aftermath.

Over a slow acoustic performance, glaive sings about the break up—where he had left Katye due to her family’s issues. As they’re unable to move on from each other, the two attempt to get back together—where glaive begins to take his anger out on those around him. The second part of the track uses rock-influenced production as glaive expresses his hatred for his former partner, being left hurt and angsty.

The fan-favorite would follow “minnesota is a place that exists” as the second single for i care so much that i dont care at all, however both songs would be cut from the tracklist following the second version of the album—recorded throughout December 2022 and January 2023.
