“All 4 Nothing (I’m So in Love)” is a song by American singer and songwriter Lauv. It was released on April 8, 2022, through A5B, Inc, Virgin Music Label & Artist Services, as the second single from the Japanese Edition of his second studio album, All 4 Nothing. Lauv co-wrote the song with his girlfriend Sophie Cates, DallasK, and Cirkut.

The song features from South Korean girl Group (G) I-dle. In a press release, he explained, “‘All 4 Nothing (I’m So in Love)”’ is a song about loving someone so much at a time in your life when you’re still in the process of learning how to love yourself and being scared of how your own personal insecurities could ruin a love that is and could be so genuine and transformative. In essence, it’s a song about surrendering to love and life."

He shared, “It’s really about finding love and a place where I felt like I was really low and suffering from a lot of anxiety. It’s about struggling with demons and darkness and finding a love that was super pure and being like ‘oh my god like I can’t lose this because if I lose this’ or thinking that if I let it go then all of this like progress, all this like beauty coming in my life would all be for nothing.”

The official music video was directed by Hannah Lux Davis. He praised, “Shooting the video with Hannah Lux Davis was an amazing, eye-opening experience which has not only pushed the boundaries of how I see myself as an artist but also as a clear example of the true artist that Hannah herself is and her ability to bring those things out in the artists she works with.
