“Take My Hand” is the second single from 5 Seconds of Summer’s fifth studio album 5SOS5, following “COMPLETE MESS.”

The song was announced via an Instagram post on the band’s account on March 30, marking its release for April 1, 2022. 5 Seconds of Summer have also named their 2022 tour after this song.

Another version of the song, called “Take My Hand (Joshua Tree Version),” was released on September 23rd, 2022, following the release of their album 5SOS5.
