“4KT” is often used as an abbreviation for “Forever Killing Them,” or “Four Killer Team”, as throughout the chorus YoungBoy raps about murder, shooting firearms, and his gang affiliation. However, the abbreviation is also said to refer to the names of his four sons, three of which begin with the letter “K" and the other with the letter “T,”

The official music video, which was directed by Rich Porter and filmed by Khris James, shows YoungBoy dancing in his Utah home while other actors recreate a shootout and robbery scene.
