Written after a therapy session, the song takes a deep dive into Rina’s confidence, telling a story of her becoming a better version of herself.

“Hold The Girl” is produced by Barney Lister, who created the remarkable rhythm for the song, that transitions back and forth from a calming ballad track to a dance-pop R&B Indie beat.
