“Bellarine Ballerina” is a single release off of The Murlocs' upcoming album, Rapscallion.

The song was first revealed back in February 2021 with a performance of the song at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Before release, the song was teased on August 24th, 2022 with a tweet that said,

Next single has an evil demeanour 😈 🩰

No further teasing was done after this tweet was made, leading to the release being unnannounced and sudden. The single was then released on September 14th, 2022.
