Kenneth Chundie Adam, born on 5th March 2002, is a rapper, singer and songwriter in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia—better known by his stage name, Casey Awesome, formerly stylized as Ca$ey Awe$ome. Casey doesn’t use his real name while rapping or singing as each name depends on either the mood he’s in when making music or the feelings he had from his past experiences/memories.

Although, many personas are used to fit the tone of the song—“ Casey Awesome ”, along with many more—each having individual meanings. Here is a full list for each of his individuals names.

Casey Awesome

This is Casey’s first and primary persona used in many of his songs. He made this persona by combining the first letter of his first name which is K for Kenneth and the first letter of his middle name which is C for Chundie and making it into Casey while the first letter of his last name which is A for Adam is change into Awesome as he used to say awesome all the time when he was young as a catchphrase thus combining both of it into Casey Awesome.

Yung Pi$ce$

This is Casey’s switch persona to showcase his lighter and darker side. He made this persona due to his star sign/horoscope being pisces as pisces have both sides of fish like the Yin Yang showing light and dark.

Lu$ifer

This is the persona Casey uses when showcasing his evil and dark side such as drug addictions, sexual activity and many more. He made this persona as the fallen angel, Lucifer, was banished to Heaven by God.

Juda$

This is the persona Casey uses when showcasing his depressed side such as having sucidal thoughts and many more. He made this persona as Judas betrayed Jesus in the Bible.

Lil Hyde

This is Casey’s switch persona to showcase his positive side and negative side. He made this persona due to the novel of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Jo$eph

This is the persona Casey uses for a more positive or random songs such as Gary Come Home. He made this persona in memory of his grandfather, Joseph Maydol Jemat, who was like a father figure for Casey growing up.

Mr. Lonely

This persona Casey’d uses to showcase his never-ending loneliness. He made this persona due to the name from Bobby Vinton’s single “ Mr. Lonely ” that the singer Akon have sampled in his single “ Lonely ”.

Mr. Nobody

This persona Casey’d uses to showcase a plague figure of himself filled with burden and misery to those of his loved ones that is near and dear to him or anyone around him as its his permanent curse to being a nobody to no one. He made this persona due to him not being loved, missed or remembered by anyone of anything from anywhere.

Romeo Da Heartbreaker

This persona Casey’d uses to showcase him being a hopeless romantic and his failed relationships with his ex. He made this persona as Shakespeare’s poem shows that Romeo died knowing he lost Juliet and not knowing she loved him back.

Lil Cupid

Casey uses this persona to showcase his love or crush for someone. He made this persona to have hope and faith for love in relationship instead of the negative side such as cheating and etc.

Banzai / Baba Yaga

This is both Casey’s non rapping alias that he uses when producing/mixing and mastering songs and edits.

“Banzai” is used as a Japanese patriotic/battle cry leading to likely or inevitable death; suicidal or used as joyous shout. It is also used as a way of expression to get out of control with anger or excitement; wild, frenzied, violent, mad, maniacal, rabid, demented or lunatic such as berserk, which is how Casey’d wanted it to be for his music when producing.

However, “Baba Yaga” is an enigmatic or ambiguous character from Slavic folklore who has two opposite roles. In some motifs she is described as a repulsive or ferocious-looking old woman who fries and eats children, while in others she is a nice old woman, who helps out the hero as she is often associated with forest wildlife, which is how Casey’d wanted it to be for his music when producing.
