“Bag Talk” is Polo G’s second single of 2022, following June’s track “Distraction.” On the song, Polo raps in a raspy tone to emphasize his lyrics regarding firearms, murder, and money.

The song was first previewed by people at the video shoot for the song’s music video. It was again previewed by Polo through an official teaser, released just a few days prior to the song.

The official music video was released alongside the song: directed by Caleb Jermale, it presents Polo visiting his native 1300 block while being surrounded by armed people.
