Throughout the song, he raps about his past life and mentions family members who have been there for him since his young days, also leading over to his gang affiliations, selecting murder as his choice.

On August 24, 2022, Tjay uploaded an Instagram video expressing his love for his fans, and showing support after his near-death experience. In the caption, he states:
