“BLAHBLAHBLAH DEMO” is the seventh track on Joji’s third studio album SMITHEREENS. The track was first revealed on October 14, 2022, through Deezer.

The song is split into two parts with a beat switch occurring after the song’s bridge. Part 1 deals with the yearning and hope for a tinted past and denial of its ending, contrasted with Part 2 and its acceptance yet a slight glimmer of hope remains.

The song is co-produced by rapper Lil Toe under the alias Wonton Jesus. Toe and Joji are frequent collaborators, with Joji even bringing Toe on his 2023 arena tour.
