“100 degrees” tells the story of a girl, one of Kenzie’s friends, who hates the season of Summer, but she craves Summer after going through a breakup in Winter.

When talking about the song, kenzie says,

I think we were also talking about how like… when you breakup it ruins certain things for you. There’s certain songs… certain like restaurants… it just like ruins a thing for you.
