The song was initially previewed sometime in August 2019 through an Instagram story, originally dubbed “Trauma.”

Over two years later, the song would be previewed once again on October 24, 2022, when Juice WRLD’s management team released a 30-second snippet of the song to streaming services under the title “Rush Hour.”
