It was teased over the course of 3 months and finally released on April 21st, 2023. The music video made for the song shows the process of how they made the song, and that it took a year and a half to finish.

The song is written from the point of view of someone with lots of self-doubt, constantly calling themself dumb based on other people’s actions towards them. The speaker also has a disorder, likely referring to Jack Met, who has publicly announced that he has OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder).
