Jude bursts into the Students for a Democratic Republic (SDR) office, where Lucy is working. SDR, which is an anti-war protest group, is getting increasingly radical under the leadership of the charismatic but extremist Paco. Jude is also jealous, as he believes Paco is trying to seduce Lucy.
