The song was recorded for Stini’s “Get These Vibes” EP.

The track caught the attention of Iggy Azalea, the owner of Bad Dreams, the record label Stini was signed to at the time. Iggy decided to include “Princess Cuts” on her upcoming sophomore album, “In My Defense” as #13 track.

However, Iggy eventually changed her mind, and the track was left off the album.

The original version by Stini was then released on her debut EP.
