On March 23rd, Lu Kala played a snippet of her new song, rumored to be her next single, on Instagram Live. On April 11th she tweeted “She was in her pretty girl era but she’s Hotter Now”… leading fans to believe she was alluding to the song she teased.

After weeks of teasing, Lu Kala officially announced the single on August 13th, 2023 with a studio snippet. The song was officially released worldwide on September 22nd, 2023.
