Then on April 20, 2023 Larri posted a Screenshot to his Twitter account building up hype for its release, including the length of the song and the “title” that read as “Cancelled PT2 bc i hate straig…”

Larri teased the song for the last time on May 30, 2023 on his Twitter account posting a 11 second video that included parts of the music video.

Following the release of the song, he reacted to multiple people reacting to the song on his YouTube channel
