The track was first teased in a Tweet in March 2023. On May 22, 2023, Beer officially announced the track’s title, days after the track’s title and release date leaked. Following this, Beer’s team then sent flash drives that had a snippet to the song on them. She then announced the track’s release date in a trailer, and its pre-save link.
