“BAGELS” is the surprise collaboration project between BENEE and the mental health charity for young people, Youthline. The song involved leading neuroscientists in its creation and production and is scientifically designed to help reduce anxious, worrisome feelings, through unique soundscapes and harmonies.

The song was neurologically tested, and it was found that listening to “BAGELS” lowered levels of anxiety and short-term anxiety experienced in stressful situations, where a person may be panicked or in distress. The song was originally released in May 2023, but later featured on BENEE’s sophomore album.
