“About Last Night” is a song recorded by Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen for The Loveliest Time, her 2023 project which is mostly composed of tracks that didn’t make it into her fifth studio album, The Loneliest Time, released back in 2022.

Carly herself described the sound of the song as “a musical in space” through an interview with Rolling Stone.

The song serves as the third track for the project.

Rostam and Noonie Bao Bao, the producer and co-writer of the song, respectively, have worked with Carly since the EMOTION days back in 2015. Rostam produced the fan-favourite track “Warm Blood” and years later cameback to work for The Loneliest Time on it’s lead single, “Western Wind”, and “Go Find Yourself Or Whatever”.
