The lyrics to the song were first written in a poetry book entitled “All About U” The name of the first poem was the same as the name of the book and the song. The lyrics for the song were modified from the original format to accommodate space in the song.

In 2018 when it was recorded originally, the song was chosen to inspire the two artists in the record label ICT Records. ICT – Makavenna was the main feature and Lexo was to be a backup for Makavenna.
