Francisco Baptista é FRANKIEONTHEGUITAR, um guitarrista, músico, e produtor português – natural do Porto.
Frankie já pratica guitarra pelo menos desde os seus 9 anos. Em 2016, começou a postar no seu Instagram, improvisos de guitarra por cima de músicas de rap português. Rapidamente recebeu bom feedback de artistas portugueses, e estabeleceu contactos, começando a colaborar principalmente com Bispo e acompanhando-o nos palcos.
Em meados de 2017, estreia-se no single “Por Pouco” de Lhast que junta o rapper Gson, com a sua guitarra de fundo. Ainda no mesmo ano, Frankie lança um dos seus primeiros projetos intitulado de “good vibes”, com a colaboração de Gson, e que rapidamente o propociona alguma visibilidade.
Nos anos seguintes, colabora com artistas nacionais como Jimmy P, Piruka e Kappa Jotta, mas foi em 2019 que Frankie catapulta a sua carreira, colaborando em vários projetos de Bispo como o single “Essa Saia”, e em algumas faixas do álbum Mais Antigo.
Em 2019, é convidado pelos produtores americanos Taz Taylor e Cxdy para se juntar à label americana Internet Money Records e produz “Love Sick” de Trippie Redd.
Em 2020, lança o primeiro avanço do seu álbum a solo, intitulado de “Tempo” que junta Bispo, LON3R JOHNY e Tóy Tóy T-Rex e que, em 2 meses, atinge o estatuto de single de ouro e mais tarde o estatuto de platina e dupla platina.

Francisco Baptist is FRANKIEONTHEGUITAR, a Portuguese guitarist, musician and producer – hailing from Porto.
Frankie has been practicing guitar since a young age, evolving his skills through the years.
In mid-2017, he debuts his first colaboration intiled “Por Pouco” by Lhast featuring the portuguese rapper Gson, with his guitar in the background.
In the same year, Frankie launches one of his first projects entitled “good vibes”, featuring once again the rapper Gson, quickly providing him some visibility.
In the following years, he collaborated with national artists such as Jimmy P, Piruka and Kappa Jotta.
But it was in 2019 that Frankie gains more visibility, collaborating on several projects by Bispo such as the single “Essa Saia”.
It is in 2019 that one of the greatest twists in Frankie’s career appears, where he’s invited by producers Taz Taylor and Cxdy to join the American label Internet Money Records, allowing him to collaborate with artists like Trippie Redd in “Love Sick”, and amongst other American artists.
In 2020, Frankie colaborates in various tracks from the Mais Antigo album by Bispo and released his first single entitled “Tempo” which brings together Bispo, LON3R JOHNY and Tóy Tóy T-Rex, which in 2 months reaches the status of gold single and later the status of platinum and double platinum.
